A number of things only you can settle

Seventeen in the design notes

Eight design decisions: Dark Red, the logo colours, the Now and Caveat typefaces, the teals, where red sits, the team photo, and the logo baked into your article images.
Three things on About and Careers: where your five client logos should link, two email links pointing at a colleague, and where job applications should go.
Three things to send or pass on: the nine media logo files, the Light Aqua correction and illustration files for Preddy Creative, and a few sentences from Kirsty for her profile.
One thing on the footer: whether it carries a street address, now that your phone number, email and Google listing are on it.
One thing that costs money: whether to buy the search upgrade, US$199 a year, or launch on the search you have and decide later.
One thing about your contact details: whether Get HR help doubles as your contact page, or you want a separate one carrying the address, ABN and hours.

Copy for seven pages: the three service pages, About, Meet the Gurus, the six profiles, and a read of the new Contact page.
Twenty-three older articles that quote rules which have since changed — update, retire or leave.
One article with no title: name it or retire it.
Whose name goes on the HR Advice answers, and whether you want a “Reviewed by” line.
The picture people see when your site is shared: three options drawn up, pick one.

Twenty-nine links in your articles

10 of your own forms and downloads: Ontraport, ClickFunnels and Zoho. Signed out we get an error on most of them — you may see them fine. Which still exist, and where?
12 links to pages that have closed: mostly government pages that have been reorganised. Replace or remove?
7 that still open but land somewhere generic: the page being quoted is gone, so the citation no longer holds up.

The typefaces, measured

Four typefaces are in play: DM Sans, Poppins, Caveat are installed and working, and Now is not. We recommended retiring Now on the grounds that it and Poppins read as close cousins — this page measures both and shows you the difference, with Now put back in its old sub-heading job so you can see it rather than take our word for it.

Links in your articles that need a decision

We followed every link on all 370 pages of the new site — just over 19,000 of them. Almost all are fine. 29 need a call only you can make: 10 point at your own forms and downloads, and the rest point at other people’s pages that have moved or closed. Every one of them is on your current site today too, so none of it came from the rebuild. Read them on the page, or download the spreadsheet.

The words Google shows for every page

The title and the description are the two lines that appear in a Google result. They are not on the page, so they are easy to leave half-written — and on 163 of your 369 pages they are. We have written a replacement for every one and put them side by side with what is there now, with a link to each page. Downloads as an Excel file. Mark it up and send it back.

Every URL, and what happens to it

All 755 addresses on your site today and where each one goes after the rebuild. Most of it is settled. The 'To confirm' tab lists what is waiting on you, and none of it is technical: whether the ebook stays, whether you still want an events page, where About should go. Downloads as an Excel file. Add your answers and send it back.
